Basic Terms
Fee
Rental is by container. Minimum order quantity is 1 container.
The transportation charge for a single trip is priced as below
- Hong Kong Island $300
- Kowloon $250
- New Territories (Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin) $250
- New Territories (Tai Po, Sai Kung, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North District) $300
Additional charges apply for parking lot fees, tunnel fees, loading and unloading, night transportation or remote areas.
Order Comfirmation
- Please place your order “10 working days” in advance. After submitting the form, we will handle it as soon as possible and provide you with the invoice.
- Please make the payment and provide us with the deposit slip or transfer record “5 working days” before the event to confirm your order. If it is particularly urgent, you can make a note in Section 4 of this Form.
Order Cancellation
- No refund after the order is confirmed.
Special Service
- We can arrange staff to assist in managing the tableware at the event venue. The tasks include distributing and tidying up the tableware. If needed, please specify in this form.
Others
- Reusable tablewares are cleaned and sterilized with high temperature by “Wash Up”, which has obtained the Hong Kong safety testing reports.
- The tableware itself shows the signs of having been used.
- Customers do not have to wash the tableware, but please remove residue from the tableware and place it back in the logistics containers before collection time.
- If you have any questions or special needs, please leave a message at the bottom of the form.
Compensation
- Please do not label or mark the tableware.If there is any damage or loss to the tableware after we have collected it and conducted a count at our facility, an additional compensation fee will be charged.
- Please count the rental items before and after the events. Please remind participants to return the reusable tableware. If any containers are found damaged or missing after cleaning, we will charge a damage compensation fee for the loss.
